Shipping

We aim to pack and dispatch your fabulous new sculpture within 3-5 working days depending on the size of work. For international shipments outside the UK works may need to be crated so this may take longer.

We use standard couriers and professional art couriers depending on the work and all deliveries must be signed for so do let us know by email if you have any special instructions and if there are any days when you won’t be available to receive your sculpture.

Deliveries are quoted ‘door to door’ as standard. For larger crated works which you may require help with we can offer an additional ‘white glove’ service which includes unpacking, installation and removal of the crate. This service needs to be quoted for separately.

All shipping includes insurance up to the value of the work purchased up until the point of receipt. If for any reason your work arrives in a box or crate that is damaged please take photos and let us know immediately.

All works are condition checked and photographed before packing. Please make sure you open your package and check the condition of your sculpture within 24 hrs of receipt and let us know straight away if there has been any damage. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs after the point of delivery.

Works priced at more than £8,000 require us to adhere to Anti Money Laundering regulations so we will require extra documentation to complete your transaction. Please call us on +44 (020) 7520 1483 or email us at sales@sculpturesource.co.uk and we will be able to quote for shipping and send you details about the further information required.
