We want our clients to love the sculpture they collect so if for any reason you aren’t happy with your sculpture we offer a 14-day returns policy from date of delivery. Please just let us know by email that you are returning your work so that we know to expect it and can confirm the return address.
How do I return my sculpture?
Please pack the sculpture in the same way that it arrived with you and return it using the same courier service used for delivery and include insurance. Return shipping costs are arranged and paid for by the purchaser so please retain proof of shipping.

When will I receive my refund?
On receipt of the returned work we will issue a full refund provided that the sculpture is in exactly the same condition as when it left. If you’d prefer to exchange the sculpture for an alternative work please let us know.
